For Autumn Winter 26/27, William Halstead presents a refined interpretation of classic British suiting, reimagined through a lens of depth, detail and structure. At the heart of the collection lies a focus on pattern and surface interest, with timeless weaves explored in new and elevated ways.

Herringbones, with their signature broken twill, lend rich texture and tailored sophistication across a range of seasonal weights – from robust coatings to mohair blends. Alongside these, subtle complexity is introduced through micro jacquard and dobby constructions: basket weaves, miniature checks and two-tone squares offer a nuanced, contemporary aesthetic.

Stripes remain a foundation of the collection, updated with a sense of variety – pinstripes, tramlines and softened chalks in modern palettes. Checks, in turn, play with scale and tone, from shadowed tartans to classic Prince of Wales designs, offering a balance of boldness and tradition. Altogether, this season celebrates fabric as form, inviting exploration through woven detail and understated luxury.
